This very exclusive property was custom built for the current owners.  There is a separate surround system in the Kitchen/Family Room which features a 60″ plasma recessed into a log feature wall.  The equipment rack is built into a cupboard adjacent to the kitchen with easy access to the DVD player for loading.  There is a touch panel on the wall to contol all of the audio/video components as well as the lighting.  A hand held LCD remote is also used to have quick access to control the cable and satellite feeds to the plasma.

The remainder of the house is served by a different equipment rack located centrally which has all of the connections for the kepad controls from individual rooms as well as the exterior systems from the gardens, gazebo and viewpoint terrace.  The master bed room has a touch panel in place of the keypad.

Nightvision cameras cover the entrance and perimeter of the residence and are also easily viewed by any TV.  The gate entrance and three main doors are tied into the telephone system for visual display as to where the call is being placed
